Cor Schagen
Cor Schagen (42) attended Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands for several years. He started his career as a project manager for one of the largest employers' organizations in the Netherlands, Deltalinqs, leaving the organization as assistant General Secretary. He represented the organization in Brussels on all European Affairs. He created one of the first e-commerce platforms for information and cargo exchange,www.portofrotterdam.com He subsequently became a partner in a consulting firm specializing in program and project management, working on several large scale government and PPP projects.
He went on to become a serial entrepreneur, founding a leisure and hospitality group encompassing several restaurants, a museum and an innovative lodging concept. He is an angel investor and a partner in a well-known seed capital fund. He also works as a business coach and facilitator, helping businesses innovate and accelerate their growth.
He is father to two daughters and in his other spare time he enjoys travelling, reading, cooking and the arts. He contributes to his local communities through board positions in various organizations.
Stuart Turnbull
Stuart is an experienced organization change practitioner, consultant and coach who facilitates learning and alignment within organisations that are changing. Having led projects in many countries, sectors and organisations, he brings a versatility that clients find helpful. Recent clients include African Development Bank, Barclays Bank, British Red Cross, Deutsche Bank, FCO, Levi Strauss and Co., the ILO, Nokia, SABIC, Vodafone and the World Bank Group. Stuart has lived and worked in the UK, Belgium and the United States and is now based in Barcelona.
Born in the UK, Stuart was educated at Loughborough University, gaining a Bachelors in Technology (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a certificate in Training and Development from the Thames Valley University and is registered to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. In 2000 he completed the Ashridge Masters in Organisational Consulting (AMOC) and in 2002 the twelve month Leadership for Collective Intelligence (LCI) Program in dialogue facilitation, offered by Dialogos Inc. He is a candidate on the Ashridge Doctorate in Organisational Consulting where he is undertaking an inquiry into the qualities of working relationships in organisational life, based on his consulting practice.

Floris Rommerts
Floris has been a business trainer, facilitator, and consultant/coach since 1990. Floris conducts his own open trainings on Structural Interview and Vision Forming alongside individual and team sessions on these themes.
Floris has worked intensively with Polish Airlines, Philips Electronics International, Nerefco (a Dutch joint venture between BP-Texaco-Amoco), BP International, and a variety of Dutch companies.
